End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Daniel López.
This EULA governs your acquisition and use of our software ("Software") directly from Daniel López or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor (a "Reseller").
Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the Software. It provides a license to use the Software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.
By clicking "accept" or installing and/or using the Software, you are confirming your acceptance of the Software and agreeing to become bound by the terms of this EULA.
License Grant
Daniel López hereby grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
You are permitted to load the Software (for example a PC, laptop, mobile or tablet) under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements of the Software.
App Store Distribution
The license to use the Software is granted to you by Daniel López. The license is limited to a non-transferable license to use the Software on any Apple-branded Products that you own or control and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, except that such Software may be accessed and used by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
Types of Applications
Our applications may be offered under different models:
- Free Apps: These apps are offered at no cost. They may include advertising.
- Paid Apps: These apps require a one-time payment to download and use.
- Subscription-Based Apps: These apps require a recurring payment (subscription) to access all or part of their features. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after purchase.
Restrictions
You are not permitted to:
- Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software nor permit the whole or any part of the Software to be combined with or become incorporated in any other software, nor decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software or attempt to do any such things
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose
- Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party
- Use the Software in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law
- Use the Software for any purpose that Daniel López considers is a breach of this EULA agreement
Intellectual Property and Ownership
Daniel López shall at all times retain ownership of the Software as originally downloaded by you and all subsequent downloads of the Software by you. The Software (and the copyright, and other intellectual property rights of whatever nature in the Software, including any modifications made thereto) are and shall remain the property of Daniel López.
Termination
This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and shall continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time upon written notice to Daniel López.
It will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon such termination, the licenses granted by this EULA will immediately terminate and you agree to stop all access and use of the Software.
Governing Law
This EULA, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this EULA, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain (European Union standards).
Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final (EULA)
Resumen Ejecutivo
Este Acuerdo de Licencia de Usuario Final ("EULA") es un acuerdo legal entre usted y Daniel López.
Este EULA rige la adquisición y el uso de nuestro software ("Software") directamente de Daniel López o indirectamente a través de un revendedor o distribuidor autorizado (un "Revendedor").
Lea este EULA detenidamente antes de completar el proceso de instalación y usar el Software. Proporciona una licencia para usar el Software y contiene información sobre la garantía y exenciones de responsabilidad.
Al hacer clic en "aceptar" o al instalar y/o usar el Software, confirma su aceptación del Software y acepta regirse por los términos de este EULA.
Concesión de Licencia
Daniel López le otorga una licencia personal, intransferible y no exclusiva para usar el Software en sus dispositivos de acuerdo con los términos de este EULA.
Se le permite cargar el Software (por ejemplo, una PC, computadora portátil, dispositivo móvil o tableta) bajo su control. Usted es responsable de asegurarse de que su dispositivo cumpla con los requisitos mínimos del Software.
Distribución en App Store
La licencia para usar el Software le es otorgada por Daniel López. La licencia se limita a una licencia intransferible para usar el Software en cualquier Producto de la marca Apple que usted posea o controle y según lo permitido por las Reglas de uso establecidas en los Términos y condiciones de los Servicios de medios de Apple, excepto que dicho Software puede ser accedido y utilizado por otras cuentas asociadas a usted a través de Compartir en familia o compras por volumen.
Tipos de Aplicaciones
Nuestras aplicaciones se pueden ofrecer bajo diferentes modelos:
- Aplicaciones gratuitas: estas aplicaciones se ofrecen sin costo alguno. Pueden incluir publicidad.
- Aplicaciones de pago: estas aplicaciones requieren un pago único para descargarlas y usarlas.
- Aplicaciones basadas en suscripción: estas aplicaciones requieren un pago recurrente (suscripción) para acceder a todas o parte de sus funciones. Las suscripciones se renovarán automáticamente a menos que la renovación automática se desactive al menos 24 horas antes del final del período actual. Puede administrar sus suscripciones y desactivar la renovación automática yendo a la Configuración de su cuenta después de la compra.
Restricciones
No se le permite:
- Editar, alterar, modificar, adaptar, traducir o cambiar de otro modo la totalidad o parte del Software ni permitir que la totalidad o parte del Software se combine o se incorpore a ningún otro software, ni descompile, desensamble o realice ingeniería inversa del Software o intente hacer tales cosas
- Reproducir, copiar, distribuir, revender o usar el Software para cualquier propósito comercial
- Permitir que un tercero use el Software en nombre o para el beneficio de un tercero
- Usar el Software de cualquier manera que infrinja cualquier ley local, nacional o internacional aplicable
- Usar el Software para cualquier propósito que Daniel López considere una violación de este acuerdo de EULA
Propiedad Intelectual y Propiedad
Daniel López conservará en todo momento la propiedad del Software descargado originalmente por usted y todas las descargas posteriores del Software por usted. El Software (y los derechos de autor y otros derechos de propiedad intelectual de cualquier naturaleza en el Software, incluidas las modificaciones realizadas en él) son y seguirán siendo propiedad de Daniel López.
Terminación
Este EULA entra en vigencia a partir de la fecha en que utiliza el Software por primera vez y continuará hasta que se rescinda. Puede rescindirlo en cualquier momento mediante notificación por escrito a Daniel López.
También terminará de inmediato si no cumple con algún término de este EULA. Tras dicha rescisión, las licencias otorgadas por este EULA terminarán de inmediato y usted acepta detener todo acceso y uso del Software.
Ley Aplicable
Este EULA, y cualquier disputa que surja de o en conexión con este EULA, se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes de España (estándares de la Unión Europea).
